Things You Should Know

General

Surface preparation

The surface on which BTM Shingle Roll Round application will be applied should be free from dust, dirt, rust, and oil. Before the application, BTR 100-200 Bitümer serial lining should be applied and it should be continued with BTM Shingle Roll Round application after the lining completely dries.

Application

It is advised to be used on %20 and more inclined roofs if it is used as one layer. It is applied by means of torch. It is required to pay attention to pattern continuity and alignment.

BTM Shingle Roll Round has 1 m width and 8 m length and is offered to the market in roll form.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life

BTM Shingle Roll Round rolls should be stored in closed areas and in an upright manner. If the rolls are required to be stored in an open place for a long time, they should be covered in order to be protected from the sun. If the rolls are piled without pallet, they are not placed one on the top of the other. While piling with pallet, maximum two lines can be placed one on the top of the other.
